Everyone has different needs when it comes to cleaning, but who doesnt like to see things clean and tidy?
For first time home buyers or sellers, you might not realise the Power of 5. The first 5 seconds you look at a property, the first 5 steps you take on a property can dramatically affect another person’s buying emotion. Afterall, a well cleaned outdoor area represents the property is well maintained. Thats one reason why all rental properties require a good clean when they vacate before inspections and who likes to visit a dirty and filty house?
In the event of going to a house inspection, if the property fascade is all clean vs a dirty looking fascade, which one attracts a greater interest? which one can turn a potential buyer from interested to be loving it?
Another example would be the exact same model car being sold, same kms driven, same colour, same year, but one have not been washed vs a nicely washed and polished. Which car do you think can sell for a higher price?
